Nana does cakes, too

Nana's girl is 6. She was thrilled when Grandpa walked in carrying her cake with the littlest Pet Shop fairy and her dog on top of her cake.

When I walked in with her very own Barbie cake, she squealed with delight.
I loved decorating these cakes, have never taken a class, but wouldn't want to do it for a living.

This is my oldest granddaughter who is expecting my first great grandbaby in July. Are we thrilled? Do you think? Twins run on both sides of their families. In fifteen days, they will know if there is one heart beat or two. They are hoping for two so they can get it over and done with all at one time.

Linda--I know those darned "Little Pet Shop" creatures well. My granddaughter likes them as well.

Please do NOT tell me you did that cake yourself, or I will have to maim you in some way. Is there anything you cannot do? Jeezus!

Nicole gets cuter and cuter (if that's possible) and congratulations again. You will make a great great-grandmother.

I just got a vision of that Barbie in a maternity gown with two little Fairies of her own tucked in the filling! BEAUTIFUL cakes, Linda, not to mention the girls! You are talented and blessed.

Oh my GOSH, Linda. I could never, ever do a cake like that Barbie fashion plate cake. YOWSERS! Multi-talented! Good for you.

And happy, happy celebration to Nicole, a sweet little girl. And to your other granddaughter, too. She must be in the very beginning of her pregnancy, right?

Hope you have a lovely weekend and thanks for all your visits to my blog. Hugs. Susan

Linda nice pretty cake and Grandchild.

Twins it may be. Oh my. Be nice if she got a girl and a boy. G. Daughter is very pretty young lady.

Our pharmist lady has two sets of twins. She was delighted and never ever regretted it second time around.

I would have to look away when it came time to stick a knife in Barbie!

The cakes are beautiful! I suck at cake decorating, but my oldest daughter does a great job with it and so does oldest grand daughter.
Keep us posted on the possible twins?
I once thought it would be nice to have twins, then I had my first baby....

I love those shoes! I always wonder at old family photos being sold at estate sales. The faces have a story, and somehow it makes me sad, that the story was lost, somewhere along the way. Congratulations on your G Gandbaby (babies)to be. What a wonderful time for you!
