Coincidence or connections?

My Soul Friend, on page 207, is a true story about being with my late friend, Rose, when she died. I witnessed a truly remarkable and unbelievable occurrence.

One year after her death, my son had a serious motorcycle accident. As he lay on the side of the road, he says that Rose came to him and comforted him.

I used to be a skeptic until I received these messages from heaven.

"101 messages from heaven (is) about miracles, amazing connections, and answered prayers. When our loved ones leave this world, our connection with them does not end. These stories will amaze, inspire and comfort you."
~Chicken Soup for the Soul Publishing, LLC

This is not one of those sappy books; it is inspiring, filled with stories of love and connections from beyond. Believers know. Doubters will believe that the unexplainable happens, and they will come to understand that not all of these types of incidents are coincidences.

It sounds like a wonderful story, and a great anthology. Yes, the unexplainable does happen. As much as we sometimes struggle to rationalize how it happens, sometimes it's too "Twilight Zone" to explain in human terms.

The "white light" stories are universal, and the tales have so many similarities between them, despite the age or ethnicity of the teller, that there must be some truth in them.

Unless it happens to me or one of my loved ones, I'm sure I'll maintain this level of skepticism.

It seems far-fetched but a lot of things do. Until I have proof another way, guess I will just go with it. I know I have had a lot of "hunches" that come from somewhere. I have never seen anyone who has left the earth, but maybe they had enough of me while here, ya think?

Sometimes it's better not to try and explain but just to accept with gratitude.

No coincidences. You have to be open to it to see the signs. Those who don't believe are missing them.

How wonderful that your friend Rose was able to comfort your son like that. I really believe in that sort of thing. Hope all is well with you my friend. Have a lovely weekend over there.

Wow that is a great story. My neighbor told me once that she was looking out her window once into our yard and saw her parents standing there looking over at her house. They had died before she had moved here, and she says she thinks it was them saying something like,"Hey, I've found you." Kind of eerie, but true.
