When I was young it was Mommy, but as I got older I called her Mom, but never Mother.
Linda--Congrats on yet another publishing credit. You and James Brown... You're two of the hardest-working folks I know (not that I know James Brown, of course ;)
Congratulations! Like Donna, I used Mommy/Mom, and felt sorry for my cousins, who could only call their mom "Mother."

Congratulations! Sounds like a lovely little anthology. Over here in England, we call our mums, mummy when we're small and that changes to mum when we get a little older. I would never use the word Mother - it's much too cold for such a special, loving person in our lives ❤️
