I am missing the beach, especially since many friends have been posting their spring break photos.
We drove about 20 miles from home to Creve Coeur Lake/Park. What a treat. Even though the sunshine disappeared behind the heavy cloud cover, it was warm enough for shirt sleeves or a light wrap. Oh the sights we saw. I am a people watcher. Are you? Can you tell what these guys are doing?
Being close to water, with the wind lapping waves to shore made me feel happy. When it was time to leave, we saw a sight that made me chuckle.
A young lady drove a baby blue Volkswagen and toted her fur baby in this blue VolksWAGON bus stroller along the trails.
It's the littlest things in my life that make me smile and feel happy.

Reading about your your fun day at Creve Coeur Park had me wishing I'd visited. I can almost hear the bagpipes. Loved the matching VolksWagons.
Hi Linda. The dog carrier is a real hoot. It is the pizazz. People really love their pets and buy things to make them happy. Your post on mayhem in the bedroom was also very cute. You and Bill are perfectly matched! Hope your week ahead is terrific.
We've had some beautiful weather to get outside with. Hopefully we've seen the last of the more bone chilling cold for this year.
It's so good that the weather is finally picking up - it cheers the soul.
We had a dog pram for one of our dogs but it wasn't customised like the one you saw.
I wonder if that dog owner has ever needed to deal with somebody else's dog chasing that VW van!
Oh, what a treat! I love the sound of bagpipes.
I'm a people watcher too. It's often a rewarding quality.
Nice weather, water, and music sounds, make us happy.
That's a cute little bus stroller for her dog. And I love the blue VW also. I remember them back in the day. So nice that you got a chance to drive to the lake/park and spend the day. Sometimes all we need is a nice drive, and it's uplifting for us. The bagpipe music sounds wonderful too.
