We are in youth part two

The stock photo of the women in the article are probably our age, but we look MUCH younger.

I am so proud to announce my story is on the front page of Prairie Times this month. Here's to old friends, good times and youth.

Linda-I nodded my head countless times while reading your front page piece. All the things you experienced--dress lengths going down and then up, the discard of high heels, the embrace of comfy stretch jeans--I've been there and done that too.

Great piece, full of details and humor.

Congratulations on your published story! I related to many parts of it and enjoyed reading your memories of those times. Well done.

Congrats on making the front page! Loved your story. I remember the changing hemlines. I had a maxi coat, and it must have weighed about 50 pounds! Also, I remember when girls couldn't wear pants to school unless they were under a dress! Not much of a fashion statement, but warm in the snowy winter, waiting for the bus.
