I hope you can take a moment to read about an incident that happened when my little go-getter grandson was four. He is now 19 and taking me to lunch today. So proud of Nicholas who is still a high achiever and proud owner who restored his Mustang.

Linda--What a sweet story. I've watched Nicholas grow up--via your blog. He is certainly an exceptional young man.
There's a saying in that story, but I can't quite nail it. Something along the lines of, "I made excuses to avoid a Fun Run, but then I watched a boy who had one shoe..."
Ah! That first youwl gave it away. That is James brown for sure. Great music and performer. Hope you had a great holiday.
