Nicole had her dance recital Saturday and she looked like a little doll.
She received flowers and a basket of purple flowers from Nana. Each window of the little house basket had a picture of a Disney princess in it. I glued a picture of Nicole in the doorway. She was so thrilled.
She sat on the ledge outside the school and we took pictures. Her brother happened to look in the bush behind her and he said, "Look! Come here, be quiet and look!"
There were two nests of bunnies peeping out of their burrows, not moving a muscle. They were almost as precious as our little ballerina baby.
This evening I went by the school to see if they were still there and I took a bowl of water. One of the little fur babies had escaped and was hopping across the black top parking area. When it saw me it flipped onto its back and couldn't get up. I picked it up and put it back near its burrow and it scampered away. There are so many hawks around here, I hate to think of what might have happened.
Okay, this has to win the cuteness award for the entire month of May! A little princess AND baby bunnies!
Ohhhh, your darling grand baby girl looked adorable, Linda.
And wow! Those baby bun buns. Where was the Mama, pray tell?
Take care and have a good Monday. Susan
How very sweet...both the ballerina and the bunnies!
I agree with Val, Linda. Cutie-Pie Nicole AND baby bunnies...What a winning combination.
Adorable!! Both your honey Bunny & the bunnies!
Nicole looks so sweet. How nice to find some baby rabbits, too.
Definitely what Val and Sioux said. :-)
Brought back memories of when my little ballerina danced--and bunnies, too, now that I think about it.
(Alas the bunnies are long gone--we have hawks as well. But the little ballerina grew up to be a dance teacher who's having recitals this week!)
Nicole looks SO cute! Bless, and tbe little bunnies as well. All together now, Aaaaaw!
How sweet. I love the bunnies and your granddaughter!
I always enjoy a cuteness-filled post!
Tiny dancers always looks so adorable. I have been able to watch a couple of my girls on a live stream, but the picture isn't so good, kind of blurry. Enjoy that sweet girl!
Very sweet pictures! We found a bunny nest in our yard over the weekend too.
